We use a contact form to collect your Name, Email or Phone Number, IP Address as well as your message, so that we can contact you and provide details of our services to you, provide support and deal with general company enquiries. Data is held on the grounds of being legitimate to our business interests. In order to submit any information via our contact form(s) you are required to consent to this privacy policy, checking the compliance box on our contact form means that you consent to sending JW Computer Solutions your Name, Email address or Telephone number, IP address and enquiry message and that you have read and agree to the whole of our privacy policy.

Emails: We retain copies of emails sent to us on our servers. Your personal information will be held by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Emails are deleted from the server when all correspondence has ceased.

Tawk.to will also log your IP Address at the time of interaction to prevent misuse of the Live Chat Feature. Tawk.to also requires cookies to be stored on your device in order to function. All submitted information supplied during live chat will be stored on tawk.to and be limited to access via JW Computer Solutions. JW Computer Solutions uses social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from web pages to the social media platform in question.
